perfectly located.

Ok, it was not really expensive, but that doesn't mean you need to stay in an apartment which needs remodelling badly. Spend max € 2000 to fix and update simple things and the apartment will look a whole lot better. I felt like staying in an apartment that has had no work done in the last 30 years. The kitchen smelled moldy... ok, humidity is a problem in the region... but why not spend € 200 on a dehumidifier?
