The sewage had a bad smell, we experienced a difficult situation with the fridge, that was not working properly, no one cared, an finally stayed 5 days with no fridge

Good view from the balcony with easy parking outside. It's just 100m from a great walking running path along the beach front.to Alcala. There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment taking you to several local towns. A great cafe overlooking the bay nearby to watch the sunset over Gomera. Plenty of hot water.

A few extra things would make it a better experience. There was only 1 tea towel and no oven gloves or cleaning clothes. There was no air conditioning. It was not a problem in November but it would be in the summer.

Location is fine. 10 minute walk to town centre. Nice view from balcony. Ground floor. Only a few steps to access.

Small , low power (1200watt) hot water tank meant one shower and wait an hour before another. Second bedroom is really just curtained off area from main living area. Not private and not useable if main living area is in use. Beds were very hard. Very loud neighbours! Slamming doors at 5am and shouting. Not sure if they were guests or owners.

we met with the person in charge in the parking , perfect synchronization, clean apartment, good location, not in the busy tourist area, but close to all amenities, had a small piscine - but didn't go big terrace to take breakfast with nice view of the sea and the Gomera island, close enough to feel the breeze

The apartment is the apartment me and my Mam have been looking for to make our regular holiday spot the apartment was so clean and extremely spacious with lots of room to move around but most of all was very homely feel it’s in the most beautiful area with loving And welcoming neighbours . The apartment had the loveliest balcony which was divine to watch the sunsets from , the apartment had so many facilities so we felt right at home I truly love this place

The gentleman that waited for us on our arrival date was very patient as our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving about 2 hours later than originally planned. The view off the balcony was great! Overall, the apartment was very nice for parents with two young kids (2 and 4 in our case). This apartment is listed as 2 bedrooms which is only half true. The bedroom attached to the living room is only separated by a curtain which, in actuality, only made it a living room with a bed. This worked out well for us as an actual two bedroom would likely have cost more and my husband and I were happy to give the kids the closed off room and sleep in the living area on an actual bed rather than a fold out couch.

The actual location isn’t great. It’s on the far edge of town and Playa de Arena is the closet beach which is a 10-15 minute walk up a few rather large hills. Playa de Arena is a highly advertised beach in the area which excited us however the currents were dangerously strong our entire stay which wasn’t great for our children who could do nothing more than get their feet wet while we held their hands. Otherwise, the lifeguards would blow their whistles at us. If you are thinking there will be solid beach access in the area based off the pictures and looking at a map this is not the place if you have younger children. The beds are too small for two adults (couples) sharing them. They should be queen size, no less. In the bathroom, the shower head needs to be replaced. This a small expense that will go a long way. The hot water only last 5-7 minutes which is annoying for people on vacation, sorry. In the bedroom with an actual door, the nightstands mounted to the wall on either side of the bed were dangling loose. This is a quality issue for an apartment at this price and they should be fixed or replaced with actual nightstands.
