The owner gave clear instructions to check in n out, she went additional steps by providing biscuits and coffee for us. It's very thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The pool was not heated pool. The balcony view is construction view. But it really doesn't matter with us.

1. Cleanliness. The house is clean. No issue on that. 2. Accessibility. The unit dedicated parking lot is very convinient to the lift. Just apposite the parking lot. 3. Hospitality. The host is nice and instruction given precise and clear. 4. Facilities. All facilities were available and can be access. Just mind the rules and regulations. 5. Extra. Extra parking spot with no charge at all. 6. Equipment. Kitchen well equipped. Lite cooking was made easy.

1. Infra. The conditions of the main road to the residence is awful. 2. View. The view of the unit opposite a construction site and it can be a bit noisy from the site. But once u close all the window, it was tolerable.
