Оперативність відповіді і дружність власника, чисте приміщення, ремонт, фен, всі зручності, гарний вигляд з вікна - можна спостерігати, як сонце сідає. Близько від центру, по суті і є центр, тихо, вікно у двір виходило. Можна з кішкою. Сітка на вікні. Чайник, гаряча вода, навіть маленька плитка, посуд.

Влітку спекотно, немає кондиціонера, з матраса стирчала пружинка
