Розташування, бо близько до центру. Вид з вікна.

Дуже тхнуло каналізацією. Прибрано «для галочки», це той випадок, коли не хочеться ставати босою ногою на підлогу. Сама кімната, бо це не можна назвати апартаментами, значно менша, ніж виглядає на фото, килим має дірки. Виявляється вона здається погодинно, тому можна уявити, яка вона. Фен працює погано.

Неприємний запах в ванній кімнаті. Шум від котла і пралки в сусідів. Зливна труба з раковини протікає на підлогу.
