Location is not far from the center. There is a park nearby and super-market below. Landlord can speak English.

Despite I informed in advance about my arrival time I had to wait almost 90 minutes for the landlord to meet me. The landlord understands English but is still hard to communicate. The fridge was not working. Despite informing about this, it wasnt fixed. The kitchen was dirty.
