O Apartamento é bom e está bem equipado. A localização é excelente. O local é muito sossegado.

Há alguns equipamentos que precisam de manutenção. O colchão da cama está em muito mau estado. Na casa de banho o lavatório está solto. O bidé quando utilizado tem fuga de água pelo ralo.
