PLWspaniale usytuowany obiekt. Piękny widok na dolinę. 3-4 km od bardzo ładnego miasteczka Citta della Pieve. Bardzo spokojna okolica, cisza. Basen z pięknym widokiem na okolicę. Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze którzy posiadają kota, dwa fajne przyjazne psy oraz trzy swobodnie chodzące konie, które nie przeszkadzają ale dodają uroku. Chcemy tam wrócić całą rodziną w przyszłym roku.
Droga prowadząca do obiektu jest gruntowa i raczej wskazany jest samochód z wyższym zawieszeniem. Nie stanowiło to problemu dla nas. Piszę ponieważ samochód sportowy nie jest wskazany.

La strada di accesso, impegnativa anche per chi è abituato a strade di montagna. (I gestori stanno comunque lavorando ad una soluzione)
CZKouzelné místo, naprostý klid.
NLEen heerlijke plek met een prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels van Umbrië. Ruim huis en bovenal hele fijne gastvrije gastheer en dame (Stefano en Shirley). Een aanrader om tot rust te komen.
Alles goed, wellicht een als tip een wat beter matras.
PLA wonderful place – our apartment was very spacious, comfortably furnished, and decorated in beautiful Italian style. Located on a hill and surrounded by an olive grove, it offers peace, quiet, and stunning views. Add to that a fantastic pool where you can swim comfortably while admiring the beautiful Umbrian landscape from the water – it’s a recipe for a perfect holiday in Italy :) Our lovely hosts, Shirley and Stefano, made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. A wonderful place and amazing people – I highly recommend it!
DEAlles hat uns rundherum gefallen, die ruhige Lage, das tolle Städtchen in der Nähe, die entspannte italienische Lebensart, der Pool... - es gibt unzähliges - hier konnte man alles sehr genießen, die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht um einen, versorgten uns mit Tipps (leider ist unser Englisch echt schlecht, wir sind aber auf Whatsapp und Googleübersetzer ausgewichen :-) - danke für die Geduld), haben immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden geschaut... - ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit tollen Gastgebern und lieben Tieren (egal ob Hunde, Katze, Pferde...) - danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)
es gibt nichts - ein kleiner Hinweis zur Zufahrtsstraße - man muss einfach wissen, das man in eine tolle Natur fährt und nicht über all befestigte Straßen vorfindet - aber mit etwas langsam fahren und Geduld war dies gut zu meistern, wir hatten mit unserem VW Passat keine Schwierigkeiten :-)
SIShirley and Stefano were excellent hosts. In addition to comfortable accommodation, they also offer their own homemade extra virgin olive oil and horse riding and of course a lot of traveling information. The location of the property is somewhere on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, which allows for daily hikes anywhere in this region. There is also a nearby railway station, which further increases the possibility of excursions. From this location, we visited Montepulciano, Pienza, Orvieto, Pitigliano, Saturnia, Arezzo, Cortona, Castiglione del Lago, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, took a train to Rome, and of course, explored Citta della Pieve on foot.
GBWe were looking for a relaxing break, and Podere Umbro provided the ideal tranquillity. The hosts, Shirley and Stefano (and dogs, Stanley & Charlie) were so warm and friendly and made this a true second home. The large apartment was fantastic; homely, well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was lots of shade under our porch, which was a beautiful spot for breakfast and an evening glass of wine. The pool was lovely in the heat, with great views across the valley and plenty of shade provided. Although in a rural area, the local town, Citta della Pieve (5mins) offered great restaurants, without being touristy. On the Tuscany/Umbria border, there were plenty of places to explore including Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. We loved this farm and the fantastic company.
The access road was a little bumpy, but nothing our small car couldn't handle.
PLThe place is amazing, beautiful and the most comfortable, but it is Shirley and Stefano who make this place unforgettable, cosy, where you make yourself at home. We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks and I have no words to say thank you to them both. The house is equipped with everything you need, the views are breathtaking, the swimming pool is the place where you feel like a hollywood star :) I wish I could stay there forever <3

HUThe house is located near a fabulous small town on a peaceful farm with gorgeous views to the Umbrian/Tuscan mountains. Although there are more apartments in the house, you get enough space and privacy. The interior design is cosy and offers you everything you have imagined about a country home in Italy. The pool is great, especially if you arrive back from a day-trip (there are a LOT of options to choose from). Shirley and Stefano are the best hosts we've ever met who are always around, so you can never feel abandoned. The peacefulness of this place is priceless.
