Residence Boschetti

Villa Boschetti is part of a larger apartment complex with separate entrances, and the unit listed as a "villa" spans two floors – which works really well for two families travelling together. Spacious, clean, and nicely laid out. The highlight is definitely the terrace – nice view, a barbecue area, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for evenings together. The shared pool is well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds, and the overall setting is peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is kept clean.

A few things worth mentioning for anyone planning a stay: the ground floor bedroom accessed through the garage had a noticeable smell of damp and an unpleasant odour, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. The property sits up on a hill, so the beach is a 30–45 minute walk – worth keeping in mind in peak summer heat, especially with young children. On the practical side, towels were provided on the first day only.Check-out is strictlly at 10am, – with two families, luggage, and young kids, the timing felt a bit rushed. Overall a good base for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a lovely outdoor area.

Große Wohnung mit toller Terrasse samt Ausblick auf den See. Direkter Zugang in die Wohnung von der Tiefgarage. Topp zum Ein- und Ausladen 😄 Das untere Zimmer und Bad waren sehr kühl 😬 Oberes Bad nur mit Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, man duscht also bequemer unten im kalten Bad. Oben gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Bett für unseren Geschmack zu schmal und zu hart. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne, aber auch nicht ganz günstige Ferienwohnung. Einweisung und Check out durch Julian etwas hektisch 😏, aber insgesamt aber alles zufriedenstellend.

Laute Nachbarn und Rauchgestank von der Terrasse nebenan 👎 Zwei Stunden an einem Nachmittag Rasenmäher und Laubbläser auf dem gesamten Gelände und unserer Terrasse ohne Vorankündigung, so dass wir das Ausruhen und gemütlich Kaffeetrinken vergessen konnten 😡 Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir den Nachmittag anders geplant 😏

Апартаменты чистые и красивые,сотрудник встретил нас и рассказал всё необходимое, красивый вид на озеро,чистый бассейн. Нам всё очень понравилось и мы обязательно ещё вернёмся в это место. Спасибо большое Residence Boschetti за гостеприимство ❤️🇮🇹

La casa es hermosa, muy cómoda y todo como se ve en las fotos. Julián muy amable. Totalmente recomendable

Nos gustó todo, lo único es que Manerba queda un poco alejado de las atracciones turísticas del Lago Di Garda. El transporte público es poco y el privado (taxi o Uber) es caro. Recomendamos alquilar un auto para la estadía para poder conocer.
