Villa Marianna - Gruppo Stay

The upper apartment was under constraction. Unfortunatelly noice since the morning until the evening - nobody informed us about this matter. The equipment of the apartment is very old and used, sometimes broken.

Horrible construction each morning in the apartment above! After long hours of traveling and jet lag, this is not how we wanted to be woken up. The drilling above was the loudest I’ve ever heard. It literally shook the entire place. I have videos of the noise and I showed them to the property management and told them they needed to update their listing to represent the construction. I looked today and it still hasn’t been updated. Also, there is literally nothing provided in the kitchen besides plates and a few pots and pans.

The setting is very calm and peaceful with a magnificent view. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It's a pleasant walk into Cortina from the apartment.

There is not much we didn't like! It would have been great to have salt/pepper/other useful kitchen items available for guest use (other apartments have these available).

Beautiful property, spacious, clean and an incredible view.

The construction started upstairs at 7 am, deafening drilling into the concrete. A horrible way to wake up and the owners took no responsibility even though they were well aware of the construction.

> Apartment was double booked and not made available to us > We had to wait until another apartment was provided > That other apartment had a completely different standard than the one booked >> We had specifically booked this b/c other travelers highlighted that this is at a quiet location; the new one was at the main road >> We had booked this because it has the garage in the same building; the other one had a garage (which actually in the end also turned out not to function) several blocks away and wrongly described

The location was so dreamy. Lovely views of the mountains, free parking, close to local hikes and groceries, and the interior was very quintessential European. Perfect for a group.

Kitchen needs more utensils and only limited toilet paper was supplied

A lot of space, very clean, well equipped, the beds are comfortable

The access to the apartment is uncomfortable, bathroom is very narrow.
