"Nice and cozy apartment at The outskirts of the town"

The apartment is very large, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a very nice terrace. The kitchen was well equipped, including a proper espresso machine and dishwasher.

The location is not great - not many options for grocery shopping.
