Modern Beach Vibe with a Breathtaking View - Stunning Pool - Pier Park

There is no breakfast or property keys. Not sure what you mean by that. This is a condo you provide all food yourself. All new everything. Everything is emailed to you and there is no key for the unit. You are sent codes for the door entry. Multiple emails from owner on a daily basis while staying in the unit became annoying and have never experienced this from other VRBO rentals. There was an issue on final day as code to door stopped working at 9:15 for a 10:00 check out. Luckily, we were able to get out of the parking garage. The owner responded after 20 minutes with a different code but we were already on the road. There is no one onsite to assist. Bring your own TP, beach towels, laundry detergent. Be sure to read all the tabs from owners emails to access WiFi and rules for all things in the unit, such as HVAC, Simply Safe and water. It seemed like a lot, but it is all new!!! Beds are very comfortable.

Weather was too cold to access pool or beach and many places are closed for the season. I did not like the parking in a tower. It seemed confusing once inside the garage where the up/down ramps are as there is no signage and if you stay in tower 3 (like you have to for this unit) entrance is thru a different elevator access. Easy to get confused. Glad we did not have children to be lost or people who wanted to drink for the holiday.

I was in town for Ironman Florida and the location was perfect.

The mattress' on the bunk beds and bedroom across the hall were foam and hard.

Loved how clean it was! It was comfortable and homey! It has everything you would want and need. The beds we’re comfortable and the pool was great!

You have to wear the bands they provide the whole time not just keeping it with you. They also need a light blanket for the beds as the comforter was too heavy.

The proximity to everything was great! We enjoyed being near the pier and within walking distance to several activities and shopping. The beds in the condo were very comfortable. We had a great night sleep after checking in.

It did not seem like anyone stayed in the facility for a while and the bedroom was a little dusty. Also trying to pay for parking was a challenge. We never received the email to pay for parking until arriving. After paying for parking, we could not open up the attachment on my phone to enter after multiple attempts. Finally, we figure out that we had to download Microsoft Edge to open the attachment to access parking.
