Apartamentos Rocas del Mar

Nice view and not bad location.

The apartment is crying for the refurbishment. There is no parking around the house.

A lovely well-positioned duplex apartment on the top floors, balcony with gorgeous ocean views. Spacious enough, moderately well equipped kitchen (could do with a few more items), a small washing machine and a Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine were a bonus. Loved the gated secure feel of the condominium, well upkept neighbourhood, easy access to the local supermarket for fresh breakfast essentials, easy 10 min walks to various clusters of restaurants in the vicinity (incl. Les Galettas), dead quiet everywhere - in the day and in the night... Very comfortable all-round.

Didn't like that smoking is permitted by the owners on the balconies - apartment got filled with smoke from neighbouring balconies and below terraces more than once. Surely such a prim community can set a rule and allocate designated smoking areas only. Disappointing that smokers, albeit minority, are given priority at the expense of non-smokers!

Nice appartment, big bed and balcony

Appartment has no sun, always shade. Could be ok for summer but in wintertime a bit dark and cold. Unfortunately the kitchen, plates, utensils were dirty. Had to do a big clean before using it.

Great swimming pools! Very nice flat + complex. I worked great for holidays with kids.

The location is quiet with great sea view but an easy walk to the local tow and restaurants / a beach where we enjoyed snorkelling / sunbathing. Pool and bar on site great too but love to stay again.

Had to search a bit to find bike lockers and the seats were not very comfortable so couldn't go far on them. Not much else to have any issues with to behonest as we really enjoyed the apartment overall!
