A sua localização é de facil acesso a todos os locais a pé na vila, supermercados, farmácia, marina, zona histórica e centro de saude. a Dona Paula e o seu marido são estremamente preocupados.

Es una casa muy práctica con una estancia (salón y habitación juntas). La anfitriona Paula estuvo atenta a las necesidades que tuvimos. Vive en la puerta de al lado y estuvo siempre disponible para ayudar. Mobiliario completo y útil. Localización perfecta muy cerca del centro de Praia da Vitória.

Quizás le falte una pequeña reforma para rematar detalles decorativos y dejar la casa bonita, pero es un detalle menor en comparación con el confort de la casa.
