Estudio Bel Air

La ubicación es magnifica, a 5min del centro y la atención de Rosa hace que todo sea mucho más fácil para estar cómodo El apartamento tiene de todo: lavadora, utensilios de cocina, cafetera, etc... Por lo que nos han contado, se trata de un antiguo hotel reformado para convertirlo en edificio de apartamentos. Tiene una altura de 23 plantas. El apartamento sólo tiene una venta que da al comedor-cocina, por lo que la luz en la habitación es indirecta a través del comedor.

Hacía calor y eché de menos aire acondicionado. Dispone de un ventilador de calidad, pero resulta bastante ruidoso para usarlo toda la noche, como tuvimos que hacer debido al calor y humedad.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, with everything you may need inside. Sometimes you may face issues with parking, but it is a problem everywhere. Still, I was managing to find a parking spot in front of our windows every day. I can definitely recommend it for anyone, and I'll be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Tenerife.

Unfortunately time-to-time it was quite noisy outside in the morning, but for me it was not too much of a problem.

Well located in the heart of the city

Everything was great. The apartment was cosy and fully furnished with all necessities + extras! It is also very nicely located with great food options nearby. Rosa (the owner) was amazing and very available. She and her husband provided a lot of information and kept in touch throughout our stay in case we needed anything which was great! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Puerto de la Cruz. Thank you!!
