Fabulous accommodation, heaps of space, close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Underground carpark is a godsend! Moses is a wonderful host who made sure we were comfortable, knew about the apartment and he gave us lots of local tips. Easy drive to Valencia. Great to have a place out of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The location is great - near the beach, many restaurants, bars etc. The apartment itself is very well equiped, spacious and clean. Nothing to complain really. Communication with the host was perfect both before arrival and during the stay. He really made sure that our stay was perfect. He offered suggestions for places to see in the area or other cities that we were visiting. It is definitely the place to stay for any future trips to this area.

Excellent experience. The owner was very attentive from the moment of booking the appartment. We had a late check-in and he suggested to buy some food for my small kids , since shops would be already closed. It was soooo nice from him. The owner was very patient when met us to give the keys and explain the parking usage etc. The appartment is large, comfortable, with all needed goods, everything was clean and I felt that the owner really cares about guests and the property. I would stay there again in the next trip for sure.

I liked how the owner welcomed us in the middle of the night: candies for children, sunscreen for us and lot of joy. We found in the apartment everything we need and some more. The owner even took care to have a child seat so the little one can sit and eat on his own. Kids were trilled to discover the little treasure from the living room closet: games and beach toys (lots of). Apartment is not very quite being close to the beach (3-5 minutes), but the noise is not disturbing. We opened the windows during the night in order to have fresh air. Close by you can find supermarkets, fruits stores and restaurants and some nice play grounds for children. Internet is working quite nice, my husband worked while I enjoy the day with the kids. Beach near by is perfect for families, there are playgrounds as well, nice water, nice sand (no rocks).

Washer machine was quite lazy, it took forever to finish, but the cloths were very nice clean. Dishwasher worked perfect and was very well appreciated by us.
