The studio was nice and clean on arrival,and in a great location,central to everything.

Water temperature can be changeable due to the fact that it's a communal solar heating system. Some updating required.

The location was fantastic , right in the centre. Comfortable bed and pillows Everything you needed for Comfortable stay in a studio apartment. Lift available for getting to apartment The rooftop pool and terrace were lovely Would definitely stay again as great value for money . Communication from the host was fantastic also.

One fan not adequate for cooling room , might be an option for a 2nd one or a bigger quieter one

Spacious studio apartment in great location near bus station. Photos are accurate. Good WiFi. TV. Kitchenette fairly well equipped, though keen cooks may find some items missing. Well decorated, clean bathroom. Small balcony area facing inland. Good communications from the owners and accessing the key was easy from the friendly reception staff.

Decor generally a little tired, but to be expected for the price. Bed mattress is rather soft and makes a noise on movement. Slight drains smell occasionally from bathroom. Shower holder needs to be replaced. TV had no English language channels. Fairly clean but not spotlessly clean. Worst aspect for me was the complete lack of sound proofing from neighbouring rooms and the street outside - quite noisy all night long, which would be less of an issue if you are there to go out at night too.

I liked the room, bed was confortable, nice terrace, reception in the building, easy communication with the owner. Location near bus station and beaches. And also restourantes and supermarket near. Nice neibrhood.

This is a great place to stay close to Plaza del Charco. The studio is fully equipped nothing is missing. Very clean & comfortable. Everything is in walking distance less than 10 minutes to the bus station, even closer to the harbour & seafront. I will definitely stay there again.
