Apartamento Plaza del Charco

Volt egy kis félreértés a szobába történő bejutással kapcsolatban, de felhívtam a szállásadót, és kb. 2 perc alatt sikerült megoldani. Mindezt este 10 órakor. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, csukott ajtónál egyáltalán nem hangos de késő estére egyébként is elcsendesedik a környék. Az éttermekből a kajaszag csak az erkélyen érezhető de ott sem vészes, a lakásban egyszer sem éreztük. Nagyon közel van a parkoló és rengeteg étterem és bolt.

No tengo queja en cuanto al apartamento . Lo único es que para encontrarlo nos costó . Me mandaron un mail con las instrucciones para acceder y luego un WhatsApp con otras , eso nos confundió .

Too noisy

Nice studio in the center of Puerto de la Cruz that has everything you need for a short stay. The hosts let us leave our luggage at their office for a few hours after check-out.

The instructions for getting in the building and in the flat were not very clear. We had to call the hosts for clarifications. As the flat is very centrally located it is a bit nosy at night.

The staff of the ocean rentals team was so nice and helpful. The apartment looks like the photos, it’s close to supermarkets.

It’s a tad noisy from the outside restaurants and Plaza on the weekends.

We had a wonderful stay! The size of the room was more than enough, which made it very comfortable. Everything was extremely cozy, beautifully furnished, and there was plenty of space. The decor felt very homey and welcoming. The entire apartment layout was very convenient, and it was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent – close to the bus station, the ocean, a square with lots of restaurants, and the main pedestrian streets. It's in a very charming area. Although we didn't meet the staff in person, they were very friendly, and we loved the online check-in process and the access with codes.

Location is great. Self check in and check out. No keys needed. Nice bathroom. Clean electric kettle (thank you). Basically everything you need.

It’s noisy. If balcony door is open (during the night) you hear noise from a street. If “courtyard” windows are open you hear how neighbors snore or what hey watch on TV 😅 Kitchen is not perfect. All plates and glasses are on top shelf, not really comfortable for short people. But there was a step stool(thanks)
