La ubicación, la limpieza, las facilidades ofrecidas (aceite, sal, agua, café,...) y la atención de la propiedad por si necesitas algo. El apartamento está en perfectas condiciones y todo cuidado con detalle para que estés confortable. También es ideal que tenga parquing.

No hay nada que no me gustase.

Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je gebucht haben! Da unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft uns vor Ort nicht unterbringen konnte, haben wir das Apartment sehr spontan - am Anreisetag - gebucht. Der Checkin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Das Apartment war blitzeblank und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab alles, was man brauchte: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine (Sogar mit Tabs und Waschmittel), einfache Gewürze sowie Öl und Essig, Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Die Lage war top - keine 5 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt und 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Strand! Am Ostersonntag hing sogar ein kleines Oster-Präsent an unserer Tür. Helmut war ein toller Gastgeber!

Wir waren im Apartment 2, dort ist der Balkon direkt an der Straße. Uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört.

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch Nahe am Zentrum der Altstadt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Privater Parkplatz vor dem Apartment, sehr nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, viele kleine und größere Details die den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machen (Bademäntel, Badeschlapfen, Ohrstöpsel, Schirm, Duschgel, ein paar Kaffeekapseln, sogar Geschirrspültabs etc.), sogar die Matratze kann getauscht werden wenn sie zu weich oder zu hart ist. Sehr netter Vermieter - unkomplizierter Check-in, immer sehr schnelle Antworten per WhatsApp und viele gute Tipps - vielen Dank an Helmut & Irina, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen eure Apartments weiter! 😊

"Superbe appartement très bien équipé"

Cet appartement est extrêmement bien équipé. Rien ne manque, Helmut et Irina ont pensé à tout pour nous satisfaire ! Il est très bien placé et permet de se promener en ville sans prendre de voiture. Le jardin est très agréable aussi. Nous recommandons vivement
