Tout était parfait. ! Très bel appartement belle décoration ,propreté irréprochable, literie ultra confortable . Balcon bien orienté. Un calme absolu au milieu d’un jardin fleuri. À souligner l’accueil chaleureux de Fabienne.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very nice patio with lushly flowering plants and a nice balcony on the other side of the apartment. The apartment was located on the ground floor, so every morning we woke up to birds singing and then drank a great coffee while watching the flowers bloom and bananas ripen.

I liked how it was far away from loud streets.

Our stay was purely amazing! The owner is very responsive and always ready to help. The place itself is very quite, peaceful and green. Definitely recommend apartments on the ground floor as you can sit under avocado tree or a palm:) Apartment itself is very spacious, very well maintained and clean, love it! Kitchen had all the things we needed: from pans to some tea and coffee. Would definitely stay once again!

Everything was amazing, can't think of any disadvantages

This place ended up being a great choice for a week on Tenerife even though the communication with administration didn't work out. Spacious apartment with all the possible kitchen facilities (most of the time we cooked and ate there). Amazing view on the sunrise and ocean! Convenient with stores around and bus stops to explore the island. Something to think about: the gardener mentioned in the guest note never showed up and stayed a mysterious person to us

Be aware that if something happens after 4 PM (electricity break, water leak or fire), the administration will not care until the next day and even then they'll send a cleaning lady who doesn't speak the language to try to communicate (not help but talk through Google translate). Quite unpleasant communication with the manager (actually, absence of the communication) even though the apartment itself was amazing. After a few complains they called back but didn't offer any solution for the ruined first evening and didn't even realize they talked to my travel partner and not to me. Things to improve: changing sleeping pillows (the ones we got were very old and worn out), using thicker toilet paper (for example, we tried to use it for wiping sink but it fall apart all the time), getting a toilet freshener (we bought one by ourselves because it smelled really bad from the bathroom), having towels without stains and a possibility to vacuum a room at least once during our stay (the cleaning was expected from the guests but there wasn't any vacuum cleaner in the room).

It was self catering,spacous with two nice balconies,bright and airy set in attractive gardens,felt very secure.
