Casa Flamingo, Sea View Apartment

The location and the view from the apartment was amazing. Nice clean well maintained property.

I would pay extra for aircon no problem. There was some renovations next door but the disruption was minimal - no big deal.

View, convenience to facilities.

Location and view from the balcony

Nice apartment but unfortunately, renovation work started in the apartment next door which was attached to ours. Heavy drilling and hammering went on from 8am, we tried to stay out to avoid the excessive noise but it carried on well into the afternoon. Vibration through the walls was so bad ornaments were falling off shelves. Sent messages/emails to Conchi to try to find out how long the work was going to go on for but all our messages were ignored. Rang Booking.com after 3 days and they helped us get a partial refund as we'd booked the apartment hoping to have a quiet relaxing holiday.

Uninterrupted sea view from a very spacious balcony. Tastefully decorated. Very close to Playa Chica, my favourite beach. Best apartment I have stayed in, in the 20 years I have been coming to Lanzarote.

Conchi was an amazing host and Casa Flamingo is just perfect. All the little touches like a welcome bottle of water and a bottle of wine to the cooking essentials and cleaning products provided. The view is breathtaking and literally less than a minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotless, can't thank Conchi enough who even accommodated a late check out. Don't hesitate book this little gem if you can. 1000 🌟 out of 10. Cathy, Derry.

Absolutely nothing!

The location is excellent. The balcony was large and tastefully decorated. I liked that there was some cooking ingredients there such as oil, salt pepper. Also washing up liquid and a cloth. The free bottle of wine and water was much appreciated and consumed. There is excellent WIFI. The gardens were well maintained and added to the view from the balcony.

TV was too old. I had brought a Google Chromecast so I could use my own Netflix, stream from my devices etc. There is no HDMi port on the TV, so it is really old. The whole complex could do with painting, it looks a bit tired and rundown from the outside.

Everything! The most amazing view, the space in the apartment. The facilities, everything has been thought through and you literally want for nothing!

The lack of a full length mirror in the bedroom door getting ready . No coat hooks in the hall or on the back of the door.
