BLU TERRACE APARTMENT

Charming apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Porto del Carmen. Felt wonderful, thanks also to Raquela,who was giving me all the information I needed. Can't wait to come back and this time to stay longer!

Even means it was on ground floor, there are steps coming from the gate to the apartment and steps going down to the pool

Firstly this is not a 5star luxury apartment, but it is a clean, comfortable, spacious home from home brilliant apartment in a great location with fantastic views. We were met by the host who gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine, helped with the cases and took us to the apartment. The large bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The bedroom was large, light and airy. The living area also was large. Everything you could possibly need and more is in the apartment. Good cooking facilities, plenty of equipment and all very clean. Great shower, good washing machine, large balcony with patio set and sun loungers. Had Netflix and Amazon Prime available on tv. We stayed for 29 nights and wished we could have stayed longer.

The TV channels were constantly scrambled and there was that many it was too tedious to go through them so just settled for Netflix. A few cosmetic details need a little TLC, patio set a bit tired and could do with replacing, bathroom needs refreshing.

No aircon there was a fan which wasn’t really adequate as there was a heat wave . One of us chose to use the sofa bed as the bedroom was so . It is totally unsuitable . Extremely uncomfortable and not fit for purpose

Well equipped kitchen, Spacious Balcony, Big comfortable bed, in airy bedroom. Comfortable Sofa Bed, Very quiet, and beside supermarket, good communication with host. Gated and locked entrance, We felt very safe.

No real complaints, there was no manned reception area (none that we could see anyway)which is a little worrying if one needed advice on medical assistance or if one got accidentally locked out. Other than that, we were very pleased. Printed instructions/map to pool area would be helpful as it’s a big complex.. but that wasn’t a real problem either.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed except air-conditioning. It was very hot. A fan was provided and it helped but would definitely say air-conditioning is needed. The location and surroundings are perfect. There is a well stocked spar shop literally out of the front gated. Beach and seafront 5 to ten mins walk. Pleasant walk not challenging. Loved it would definatly return maybe in a cooler month than August unless air con added. Thank you very much.

No air con. And that really is all. Everything else was just right for us. Xx
