A belváros közepén, minden karnyújtásnyira. Jó kiindulópont a nyaraláshoz. Csodálatos kilátás, az óceán megnyugtató morajlása hallható. Mindennel felszerelt, tiszta. Tiziana és Claudio nagyon kedves, segítőkész házigazdák. Parkolás plusz 10€/nap a ház alatti parkolóban, mely ajánlott ha autóval érkezel. Összeségében ajánlom.

Hervorragende Lage mit Blick auf den Surferstrand. Alle schönen Plätze in Puerto de la Cruz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt im Haus, Autovermietung direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist modern und chic ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen Pool und Liegestühle in der Wohnanlage. Parkplatz muss vorher reserviert werden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Le Terrazze ist ein sehr gepflegtes, modern eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Atlantik. Ruhige Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine tolle, fürsorgliche, gut organisierte Gastgeberin. Nochmals vielen Dank für den leckeren Schokokuchen zum 1. Advent.

Das 3 Wochen Urlaub so schnell vergangen sind!
