Quiet atmosphere of the small complex even though we were very near the beach and restaurants and shoos etc. The staff were so nice. Lots of books to read.

It wasn't very fancy but we found it perfect for us

Not an expensive accommodation compared to other providers. Quiet environment with good access to the beach area of Puerto del Carmen and several supermarkets nearby. Comfortable beds and clean accommodation.

Apartments require serious upgrade. It was quite windy and wind could be felt inside the apartment. Bathroom, floor, furnishing, etc,,, is at end of its lifetime. That is probably why the price is lower compared to others. Swimming pool was kept open at maximum temperatures of 16-17 degrees. No one went into it. Waste of money and resources. This accommodation will become more expensive when upgrades will take place.

We felt cold and sometimes like our bed was a little damp when we come home
