Apartamento Cardon by TOR

The apartment was well equipped, although for vertically challenged people like myself, a step stool for the kitchen cupboards would have been useful. Two balconies was unexpected, one for mornings, with a sunny disposition, and one for afternoons/evenings. Comfy bed. Nice pool and tennis court.

Shower head needs replacing, definitely not a power shower. Noise from next door neighbour, drilling/hammering/banging. Walls thin, even vacuum? for 20+ minutes, at least twice a day. At one point it was on for 1hr 15mins! No restaurants in the area, just local bars.

Large apartment with lovely view over the pool and gardens and a glimpse of mount Teide. Safe and quiet area.Balcony faced west so very warm and sunny in afternoon. Bus stop outside complex.

Microwave provided but no microwaveable dishes to heat food. Apartment is an about 25 minutes walk downhill to the nearest beach but the walk back is hard work. Nearest shop 10 minutes walk. Car advisable.

The bath and hot water were excellent. The kitchen area was convenient. The dining table was ideal. The environment was very pleasant and well maintained. The fridge/freezer was excellent. The WiFi was good.

The lounge area seating was uncomfortable and lacked a coffee table. The locks on the patio doors did not work. There were no baking trays for the oven, this limited the dishes we could cook. Dog barking during the night. The occupants of the apartment above were quite noisey at times mainly in the early morning.

Do not book this place!!!, matracess in horrible condition, cant sleep on them, crazy neighbour next door- all day and night opera on hight volume, you can hear it on balcony and living room, she was screaming at 2 o clock at night at corridor and on balcony… never seen something like this. In living room filthy couch, can smell the dirt and human fluinds from it…

And bonus- i wrote to booking service that i want a compensation, host told booking that they provide us new matracess- that is not true! Unbelievable. Absolutelly not worth the money i paid

Quiet location. Parking space. Reasonably priced.

Kitchen is not very well equipped. Very few pots, pans etc and/or in bad shape. Bathroom needs a refreshment (joints need replacing, new curtain etc) but is functional and clean. I'd advise to spend a few 100€ in the IKEA for new/extra kitchen stuff and have a handyman in for a few hours to update the bathroom :) Beds are ok, but might not suit everyone (springs).

The appartment was clean and kitchen had everything, plus those two great terraces. the checkin went smoothly

A crazy neighbour from the same floor was decided to ruin the experience, she came after us the first night to share her crazy theories about the noise of the router , and then next day she came ringing three times(we did not open the door) and she left a lenghthy note under the door saying the building had drug dealers and hackers, that everything is taped, that there are microphones!!!! Never seen before....

Pool. Tennis court. A lot of space. Very nice person who delivered us the key.

Old and swaying furniture, poor kitchen equipment. Very bad beds - one of us was forced to sleep on the couch.

This is a flat in an apartmant complex, clean and well maintained both in and outside. You need to specify your check in time so some can come and give you the keys, but the process was pretty smooth. The apartment is modern and comfortable, very much like in the picture, it had everything we needed for a good stay. We rented a car and used it quite a lot - though the city centre is not very far, it's all downhill, so quite a climb to come back. There are a supermarkets nearby, but not really accessible on foot, so having a car was really helpful. We parked on the property without issues.

There flat had no foodstuff whatsoever, not even a bit of sugar, there was no liquid soap, we had to buy everything we needed from scatch. Not an issue if you stay for longer, but would be annoying for a short stay. We stayed in February and the place was pretty cold. Makes sense that in a warm place like Tenerife there is no heating in the house, so should have expected it, but we didn't, I wish we packed our slippers and some warm pijamas.

The best thing for us was the bath with loads of hot water. A real treat after a long walk. The location was very quiet and peaceful. There is a view of Teide too. It has a nice large balcony.

The furniture was basic and not very comfortable. For this price range I would have expected more space and comfort. The kitchen equipment was basic but good quality. It is quite a walk up from town (which we expected). There is a bus stop just outside.
