Avenue Puerto del Carmen

Property in a great location, lovely restaurants & bars close by. The sea at the end of the road. The property was absolutely spotless, a few little items left for when you arrived milk, juice, wine etc. There is everything you need, even beach towels if you need them. Lovely comfortable beds. Great communication from the lady who owns the apartment, she was on the other end of the phone if you needed anything whilst you was there. She checked to make sure we had arrived ok. She also booked us a taxi for the morning we was leaving. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very Quiet Owner was very accommodating and answered our queries fast she even offered to phone a taxi for us on our way to the airport. Clean & had everything you needed even down to sunscreen Plenty of towels! Spacious & modern apartment Safe and secure Had all appliances you need

In the listing it says air con however after asking owner how to turn it on she said it’s €40 for the week which I thought it should be included in the price when booking I know most places do twin beds but it’s annoying to keep falling down the middle because the bed slips but that’s more of my issue not the owners fault Improvements: Smaller bathroom cabinet The cabinet above the toilet is a hazard I hit my head on it too many times it’s far too big for the bathroom & shouldn’t be placed over the toilet Smaller wardrobe The wardrobe in the bedroom is also far too big you have to walk sidewards to get to the other side because it’s so close to the bed

Apartment number 7 was very comfortable , quiet and in a great location. The welcome pack was much appreciated and everything you would need for a self catering holiday was supplied. Would recommend to friends and family.

Avenue is a privately owned ground floor apartment in a mainly managed rental complex. The apartment was so well equipped, gels, suncream, cutlery, towels, washing machine with powder and excellent air conditioning. Complex has a nice pool and friendly bar. It's just 100m from Spar.

Nothing. I will bring my TV firestick next time as English language channels limited but my wife never sat on the couch or watched the TV, as she was outside all the time.
