Bungalow Franck

Location, complex facilties, quiet area have stayed at Playa Park Bungalows ( different bungalows) and love it and would definitely choose one of these again

Beds and pillows uncomfortable, alot of problems opening door, got locked out and although owner sent someone to fix it was still difficult to enter bungalow luckily my sons were with me to help open it. I think the door needs to be rehung as it looks like it has dropped which is causing the problem which we did explain. Plug socket not fixed properly in bedroom so did not use and almost got a shock(flash) from light switch which tripped the fuse

Great location close to the beach. Towels supplied and good info about town and things to do from host Annie. Optional taxi service back to hotel also a bonus with later check out time.

Apartment good maybe a little updating to decor but otherwise had everything you need.

Location quiet and good area. Kitchen and facilities very good.

Television far too small although good channel package. In need of updating and refreshing paint and aesthetics. Flow on shower quite weak, electrics need some attention

Urbanización tranquila, a un paso de la playa y de la zona más animada del Puerto del Carmen. Los bungalows respetan la arquitectura tradicional de Lanzarote. El aire acondicionado nos ha venido bien para los días de más calor.

We were met by Annie on arrival and given information on the property and area. Complimentary water and orange juice in the fridge and sashes of coffee and sugar were a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable, with spare blankets if required. The sofa also pulls out into a double. There is air Con and a big fan in the living area, we used the fan more than the air con as we had the door open during the day. Loads of utensils in the kitchen (we left a few extra ones). Pots and pans also. Any amount of tv and movie channels (Internet tv) The complex itself is very quiet, which suited us. All the bungalows seem to be privately owned. The pool and pool are nice, and there was never an issue with sunbeds. We had no reason to contact the owner during our stay, but we were confident that if we needed to, there would not be an issue, as communication was excellent prior to our arrival.

The shower could be better.

Comfy beds, towels and linen change weekly, all the utensils you need air con / heating, everything needed for a home from home feel. Quiet location and a nice pool area.
