Cerca de todo, muy limpio, sin lujos pero repetiría sin duda por el precio.

Edificio y piso antiguo, aire acondicionado solo en el salón, ventiladores en las habitaciones.

El piso es amplio (excepto el baño) y barato. La mujer es muy agradable y los vecinos igual. Tambien tiene wifi, lo cual es un plus.

El grifo de la ducha estaba roto, al igual que el toldo de la terraza y la taza de vater (estaba despegada del suelo y se movia) Aunque no dependa de ellos, se debe tener en cuenta que aparcar hay veces que se llega a hacer imposible y te toca aparcar a 20 min. andando del piso.

The apartment is spacious and has a lot of light. It's nice that they accept pets, it was the reason I chose this place.

The bathroom is a shame: tiny, ancient, no hot water in the sink tap, and very low pressure in the shower. Similar with the kitchen: small, smelly, and not well-equipped.
