Apartment Portonovo Paraiso - Sea View - Piscina - Wifi - Old Town

We loved everything about this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet and the views from the balcony were fabulous. The host Oliver was very accommodating and gave us great suggestions for our stay .

The flat was well equipped for two people. There was a good supply of products for cleaning etc which was great when you’re only staying for a week.

There could be more seating in the lounge area. There was no information book which would be useful to understand the local area etc.

Lovely apartment in a quiet wee complex. Pool was a great size and not too busy (certainly in May when we went). Host was lovely, gave us lots of recommendations for the area. Apartment is the right size for 2 people, the balcony area is really nice and well shaded from direct sunlight, but has a great view of the sea and surroundings. There is a lovely tapas style restaurant at the bottom of the street, which also serves as a bar and another bar complex a short walk up the road (3 mins). The majority of the old town is then about a 10 minute walk max. Felt right at home here would recommend.

Everything was excellent, from start to finish. Communication with Oliver and Caroline from the time we made the booking, on arrival and pre-departure was always timely and comprehensive. Oliver contacted us on arrival at the airport and Caroline was waiting for us at the property. She was very friendly and welcoming and we had a thorough explanation of everything we needed to know. She told us to treat them as our 24-hour reception while there and contact them as we needed to. As it turned out, we had no issues during the week and did not need to call them. I have no doubt they would have responded promptly if required. Oliver contacted us the day before departure to see if we needed a taxi. We were leaving the apartment just after mid-day and could stay there until the taxi (booked by Oliver) arrived to take us to the airport. 100% service from start to finish. Thank you Oliver and Caroline. The apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay. It was in a very quiet complex in the old town, five minutes walk from the port. It was modern, very well equipped with all the essentials and more (toiletries, safe, beach towels etc) and had a washing machine. The balcony was comfortably furnished with couch and armchairs. The pool area was quiet, with sun beds available. The main beach is within 30 minutes walk, along a beautiful route by the harbour and seafront. The apartment had an excellent shower and a super comfortable bed. We had a wonderful stay and have already booked a return stay.

There was nothing to fault at all.
