Apartamento Filla

The apartment itself was lovely and clean, a nice size with all the amenities you might want in a self catering apartment. Communication with the owner (Vivianna) was excellent and Vivianna couldn't have been more helpful. Altho we weren't there to cook and wash, the inclusion of a washing machine was a bonus to freshen a few clothes etc up after our first week (of two) and for anybody wanting to literally self cater there is a full size hob and oven as well as a microwave and toaster. With temperatures in the mid 30s by day and 20+ by night the fan in the bedroom was a godsend! Excellent value for money. .....saved nearly £500 compared to booking a package with an apartment in a complex. Nice resident neighbours either side of the apartment.

The apartment is a little further uphill from the main beach road than we had anticipated but it was fine...nice and central and less than 10 minutes walk to the main drag even on the uphill return leg! and about 15 mins walk to the old town. Air conditioning would be an added bonus but the fans did their job and for the price paid it might be unreasonable to expect air con to be included!

The apartment had almost everything needed.

+ good location in residential area + living room and sofa is very comfortable for various activities, large screen TV capable of playing mkv/avi files from USB + cold bedroom, bed + price + self-checking, possibility of parking + kitchen & dining area is very neat + will come again

- sound insulation isn't best in living room/casa (like everywhere else), once neighbors did argue with each other between 3-5 am but considering 2 weeks of vacation, it was moreover nothing

good size, quiet location but close to all bars restaurants.

The property is well located, approximately ten minutes walk to the beach. It’s in a very quiet area and there are two shops nearby for basic necessities. There are also many shops, restaurants and bars along the beach front. We would be very happy to visit again. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact when necessary.
