Great apartment with everything you need and in a really good location. Really clear communication from the time of booking to the end of the holiday, would definitely stay there again.

Location was very good. Small complex. Easy access to the beach and shops, restaurants

Very basic apartment for the price, no air conditioning, toilet running water day and night. Sofa bed was most uncomfortable. Place needs an upgrade new modern furniture, kitchen etc. Was not cleaned properly, outdoor, patio needs a makeover and new furniture. I left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. Didn't intend to spend my holiday cleaning & we were charged 65 euro for cleaning. Definitely not worth the 625 we paid, worth about 350. Wardrobes were not secured to the walls very dangerous with children easily can fall down on them, also chemicals in kitchen units which could easily have been drunk by children or vulnerable people as they looked like water, no fly screens on windows and a child could easily fall out to a very long drop below. No gate to prevent a person from falling down the entrance steps. Health and safety issues need to be addressed. Don't know why a cleaner is being paid because it wasn't cleaned properly.

In spite of the reviews we liked being so close to the airport and loved the neighborhood. It away from the busy streets of Puerto del Carmen and close to the beach. The apartment was clean and nice. The pool is very nice.

The bed is actually two beds put together that move away a lot from each other during the night. The washing machine threw a lot of water back through the shower.

The apartment was very clean a great size. Wi-Fi and tv with all sports

Would like to have been further into the town.
