Good location nice there where items in the kitchen bathroom etc

The balcony was very disappointing no way can you sit in it and in order to have a sea view you need to go up to the roof and stand up

The location of the apartment was quite nice, the kitchen well equipped.

The main electricity fuse for the whole apartment jumps out as soon as one turns up the boiler in the bathroom, thus, no warm showers... We contacted the staff regarding this and asked for a discount, since we could not shower. They said they need to check with the owner, however, after that they never got back to us (even though we sent a reminder). Looking at past reports, it becomes clear that the electricity problems are a known issue. Also, the pictures are a little misleading, since the seaview is only from the shared rooftop terrace, the apartment itself faces another apartment. Parking is possible, but not in the street next to the apartment, so one should expect ca 5mins walking.
