It was far from the beach, wasn’t clean and the kitchen was very badly equipped

the picture is not what it is, no beach access unless you pay, extra fees for taxi, no toilet paper or shampoos, no information on how to get to the property or how to get in. The host was not able to answer all my questions before I got to the property

Exceptional place with gorgeous Pool. Very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Beach Club is 4 Minutes by car with an Kitesurf Station. Apartment had an amazing balcony. Everything was fantastic and it’s very safe in a gated community. A car is highly recommended. Please pay attention: I give a 5 star rating as we had an amazing time: I booked a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace. Upon check in we were allocated to a small apartment with no balcony and terrace and we complaint. An alternative apartment was offered but we couldn’t stay there the entire time and we spoke to booking to refund us the remaining days which we should stay in the other apartment. So we moved the last days to a different area: Please double check with the property as the description is misleading for some apartment and doesn’t have all features as advertised. For us was an balcony or terrace very important and if we would haven’t got the alternative place, there a better places for that price in the area. Kitchen utensils could be improved, only basic equipment is provided.

One of the apartments did not have a closet, kitchen table/chairs, or desk,

we booked a 2 bed apartment but we didn’t get this and weren’t informed in advance about the change. instead they put us in 2 separate studios which was a pain when we are a family with young children. no explanation given. there was no washing machine, no dryer although they offered a washing service. the kitchen cupboard stunk - I don’t think anyone had cleaned out the blender previously and it had a musty mouldy fruit smell. the balcony stunk of cats urine from the neighbour. the jacuzzi didn’t work. the beach club was full on the day we tried to go. very isolated place, only stay here if you have your own transport.

Newer property

Poor communication, no on-site office or manager. Did not get the unit we booked. cockroaches in the kitchen. No instructions on anything. No toiletries.
