Aircon Pool View Nr Yumbo

Excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment with all the basic stuff to have a nice stay and to prepare your own meals. The host was easy to communicate with and very kind ready to help with anything.

Apartament ticked all the boxes . Sergio the host is a fantastic and very easygoing person . Any requests were sorted immediately with straight away contact . Apartment in modern style with direct entrance to the pool . Localisation for me was perfect with all need amenities. Short distance walk to the beach . Well recommended !!!

For me ( out of hands from the Host ) water in the pool was too cold .

clean, and tidy

to get there from the yumbo is a bit difficult especially after u drunk few drinks, but nothing that it can be fixed

+ very good ratio price/value (405 Eur for 7 nights = 58 Eur/ night for this apartment) + 480m from the beach + very well cleaned before our arrival + Air Conditioning (working good) + direct access to pools, sunbeds, umbrellas (pools quite warm as they are on direct sun), there is almost nobody at pools during the day/night + nice renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen + supermarket just across the street (a bit more expensive one)

- SOFA need to be replaced to the new one immediately! It is very used and uncomfortable to sleep on (when you replace please buy the type with more width - 140cm is just so so) - One of the matrasses need to be exchanged to the new one, it is heavily used and you can feel the spring - there is a family with two small dogs living permanently in apartment one floor above and to the right. Those small dogs barks from time to time but after 22.00 they are sleeping (this can be disturbing for somebody) All in all very good apartment for such a little money, close to the beach. Unfortunately unless the owner replaces the SOFA we cannot book this apartment again and I can recommend it only to people who do not need to sleep on sofa.

Sergio kept in contact with me from the minute we booked until landing in the airport. He met us outside the apartment with the keys, showed us everything & very professional!! The apartment was perfect for us, everything we needed was there, for example: Ironing board & iron, hair dryer, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, free safe & the list goes on!!! Good location

Other people in the apartments had dogs which were rather yappy & barked during the night!! That has no reflection on the host at all tho!
