"Ótima estadia. Já temos onde ficar se voltarmos ao Porto."

O apartamento é super espaçoso (mais do que parece nas fotos), a cozinha é bem equipada e um bônus pra quem tem família com crianças foi a TV a cabo disponível com desenhos. Chegamos de madrugada com crianças pequenas e a host conseguiu atender nosso pedido de deixar o sofá-cama já aberto e montado para dormir.

La bonne communication avec Vanessa et la petite attention de bienvenue / l'appartement propre et agréable / la literie très confortable / la proximité du métro et bus / le calme vis à vis des autres appartements et du quartier.

Peu de commerces en bas d'immeuble, et abords proches moyennement attrayants / fraîcheur dans l'appartement / réglage température de l'eau dans la douche assez délicat / absence de vue au travers des filets d'échafaudage (ravalement en cours)

Gosto muito desta zona e este apartamento fica num sítio excelente, próximo do metro e de pontos turísticos. Dá perfeitamente para ir a pé. O apartamento é um T1 muito espaçoso, super limpo e bem decorado. Tem tudo o que é necessário e tive pena de só ter ficado uma noite. Vou voltar certamente.

Nous sommes déjà venus dans cet appartement donc nous étions déjà convaincu. Notre avis n'a pas changé. Appartement spacieux, propre, très facile d'accès dans un quartier agréable.

La ubicación bien. Cerca del centro y con transporte publico a 50m.El apartamento es amplio.

La luminaria muy escasa sobre todo en el baño. Eramos 3 personas y solo tenía preparado toalla y sábanas para 2, tuve q buscar las sábanas y toallas. El armario lleno de mantas y colchas q no cabía la ropa para colgar. Sobrevalorada la puntuación.
