We were on a ground floor studio, the yard was amazing and the view too. The garbage was cleaned daily and the room was cleaned every three days. It was quiet and peaceful, with a lot of crickets singing, amazing.

The beach in front of the house is rocky and full with sea urchins. We needed to drive for the nicer beaches (near Gregolimano), but we like exploring so it was not a problem.

Everything was perfect!!! The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Absolutely worth it for the money!!! The rooms were clean and comfy. There is air conditioner, kitchen with everything you will need. Not forget to mention the private beach (you need shoes anti sea urchins for the rocky beaches). You literally lay under the olive tree and the beach is for yourself!!! Location is close (10 min with car) to Edipsou and also to the bay in the west Evia. There is beautiful garden and even place for bbq outside, parking and they clean the room every day. We would go there again!

Peaceful and quiet place Effi did everything to make our holiday as pleasant as possible Nearby is the famous Lutra Edipsos thermal hotsprings and the Vriniotis Winery We will come again

Location was unbelievably well established,we did not expect such a facile run-around and connection to other places to visit. An absolute gem,host is so kind ,we did not feel like we missed a single thing throughout the stay,property is so clean and beautifull,parking space,very quiet ,very well located,all necessary amneities,A/C,every aspect was surreal. It is not a shill,but the truth! 100% coming next year in the same spot,GORGEOUS 12/10

The location is perfect for vacation. All rooms have sea view. The view is gorgeous. The beach is small but nicely arranged, the sunbeds under the olive trees are perfect for spending time in the shade all day. The room is exactly as it appears in the pictures and description. Even if they are not big, they offer the necessary comfort for rest. The host is very kind and I thank her for her kindness.

We really enjoyed the place, very nice beach with clean water, rich wildlife in the sea and on the top of that, just a few peaople around.

There is no such thing.
