L'emplacement près d'Heraklion,la propreté des logement,la literie et la disponibilité du personnel. Eva est charmante.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Personnel bienveillant car changement de chambre car odeur désagréable dans un appartement.Femme de ménage au TOP👍🏻

Proche des commerces et de la plage ( petite marche). Lieu calme et propre. Le ménage est effectué tous les jours. Le personnel disponible, souriant et accueillant ( merci beaucoup Stella). La piscine juste à côté. C’est agréable. L’appartement est bien équipé y compris la climatisation.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην Αμμουδάρα δίπλα σε όλα τα beach bar. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο για 4 άτομα και λειτουργικό και μας παρείχε τα πάντα! Όμορφη μοντέρνα διακόσμηση με σύγχρονο μπάνιο. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι καθώς και από την επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Ήταν πολύ ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει στα πάντα!

We liked it because it was quiet, it had a good location near everything you wanted like tavernas, gift shops, supermarkets, bus station.

We had an AC in the bedroom. One AC in the livingroom would’ve been nice. We received a fan for the livingroom to have by night though.

Les ronds sur le dessus du four ne fonctionnent pas tous bien.

Fantastyczne miejsce na wypoczynek. Przemiła właścicielka, mieszkanie codziennie sprzątane, bardzo czysto. Okolica spokojna, w pobliżu restauracje, supermarket, przystanek autobusowy, centrum medyczne, sklepy z pamiątkami... Bardzo blisko plaża, można wynająć leżaki lub rozłożyć się na własnym kocyku. Plaża fajna, w większości piaszczysta, nie jest stłoczona. Woda czysta. Mieszając u Pani Ewy można korzystać za darmo z basenu, który znajduje się tuż obok. Miejsce warte polecenia!

Moderní, plně vybavený apartmán, možnost koupání v bazénu. Bezkonkurenční byl úklid, který byl denně.

Vše bylo v pořádku

Our whole family loved our stay at Eva Ivoni's apartment. The place was very clean and cozy, with a lovely little balcony overlooking the swimming pool and a beautiful garden full of trees. The location was excellent – a great beach was just a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop was right in front of the building, and there were plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Eva is a truly kind and helpful host. She always responded quickly and supported us whenever we needed anything. I had some health issues during our stay, and when I asked her about seeing a doctor, she not only found the right specialist and made an appointment for me but even offered to drive me to the clinic in her car. I didn’t expect such warm hospitality, and I’m very grateful. I highly recommend staying at Eva’s place if you’re visiting Heraklion!
