Wonderful home atmosphere. The place is magic and the host helps you whenever you need. If you are looking for the 'Italian dream vacation' this is the right place.

It was clean, comfy and cute inside, right in the centre of this cute town, walking distance to anything you need and many restaurants and quick to get to the water. Place was also well equipped to prepare your own food if you liked. We stayed 2 nights, our 2nd day we also rented bikes from tecnobike a 20min walk away and were able to bike around the entire lake bracciano which was an aamzing day trip. The value for money at this place is unbeatable and the charming town is so so mucu better than the cities with authenticity all over Cute fireplace but with candles inside loved that

Its nearly an hour walk from the train station and there is no taxi service in this town so that kind of sucks if you have your luggage like we did. A heavier blanket would have been better instead of just sheet and enpty duvet cover, maybe one in closet to grab only if you like

It is a very nice Place with great host

Watch out - I got fined for parking

The location was perfect and the apartment was nice. The host was really helpful and the apartment had some extra bits and bobs to start off, like some coffee and sugar. Our kids really enjoyed to sleep upstairs. As we travelled in march as added bonus was the heating.

Found it strange that both of the bedrooms had a wall not reaching the ceiling. So the sound would travel everywhere around the apartment. Also some of the items needed replacing as they either broke during the stay or was broken already. We did manage without those. Also the bath in the pictures is replaced with shower.
