Gera vieta miestelio centre 5 min iki vandenyno. Šalia turgus ir LIDL. Automobilio vieta požeminiame parkinge. Miegamajame gera garso izoliacija, beveik nesigirdi triukšmo iš šalia esančios judrios gatvės.

Reikėtų remonto. Grindų plytelės visame bute sutrūkinėjusios. Langų žaliuzės labai senos ir suplyšusios. Vonios durų rankena nesilaiko ir nukrenta ant žemės su dideliu garsu. Galėtų būti vyno taurės. Keptuvę tikrai reikėtų pakeisti.
