Terranova apartment

O Sr. Ricardo é muito prestável. A localização era excelente e podia ir a pé para a praia. O apartamento tem excelente área. Não há barulho nocturno de carros a passar e dá realmente para descansar. Tem um restaurante por baixo, mas como não tem movimento (até me admiro como ainda está aberto), não há barulho...

A limpeza do apartamento é um bocado má pois tinha muitos besouros-da-carpete em especial no quarto principal (paredes e chão) e na cozinha...Por esse facto não dormimos lá e fomos dormir no outro quarto com o meu filho; na cozinha estavam ao pé da janela... A banheira precisa de ser trocada, pois tem zonas ferrugentas... Os colchões das camas, na minha opinião, são muito moles e deveriam também ser trocados...

The location is fantastic! Beautiful beach just steps away that had no shortage of space even when it was seemingly busy. It's also just a short drive north or south to other beaches and towns such as Peniche or Obidos (well worth visiting) and while the little town only has a few places to get groceries or bread, larger supermarkets are a short drive away. It's a little cooler than other parts of Portugal, but that was welcome after we'd roasted in Lisbon! Finally, Ricardo is a great host, enthusiastically sharing his knowledge of the area and recommending good places to eat, park, swim, etc.

The beds could be a little more comfy (especially for my wife who is battling a back injury) but that was really our only quibble and we'd stay there again in a second. Also, the hotel up the street (at least I think it was the hotel) seemed to be hosting a rave or something with some thumping DJ music that went until 2am on a couple of the nights we were there, so if you're trying to sleep early you might want to use the white noise app to block out the beats.

Gostámos muito da casa, da sua localização e comodidades. Tem o essencial para passar umas boas férias de praia.

Havia estores avariados, deixando entrar bastante luz às primeiras horas do dia. A limpeza pode ser mais cuidada nos detalhes.

La proximité avec la plage et avec la ville de Péniche

L odeur de renfermé dans l habitation , la baignoire rouillé et les équipements vieillot, ainsi que les fenêtres simple vitrage de la partie cuisine qui laisse passer le bruit du vent qui est présent dans la région. C est une belle appartement, mais il mériterais un bon rafraîchissement !
