It has nice location, fully equipted kitchen. Comfortable stay, very nice backyard and view from the building.

Lots of rules to follow, a bit dusty children room. You need to pay temporary deposit for possible damages.

"Good location, great value for money"

The location is a great base for exploration lake Como. There is store, well equipped kitchen , and a nice beach nearby. There are two restaurants in the area as well. Nice and clean place.

If you like rules, this is a great place to be. If you don’t, they could be annoying.

off the beaten path, quiet and well decorated

quite a large number of steps to get to the unit and no elevator and parking can be a challenge.
