Apartment OasisBeach La Zenia

Overall pleased with our stay. Property was clean, great location and easy check in and check out. Ann, the key holder was friendly and accomodating, checked in on us during our stay. We would stay again however some minor issues would need to be changed.

The toddler bed was average. The showers were too small. The Highchair didn't have any legs or a tray. We had to make do with just a seat, which wasn't easy with a toddler. Kitchen faculties were limited if you wanted to cook a meal no glases or wine glasses, knifes were not fit for us. No games for children to play with, thankfully we brought our own. No welcome sheet for our stay. We wasn't aware we were not allowed to have our sun loungers on the grass until a neighbour shouted at us to move. Limited self catering items such as washing tabs, washing up liquid etc. Outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and not in the best of condition. Chairs are weathered. Only 2 sun loungers which resulted in one of us not being able to lye down other than on the floor. No drying facilities other than in the shade right by the back door. Cleaning facilities were not in great condition. We had a mop but no broom a brush but no pan. No cleaning products for us to use throughout our stay to maintain the property. We had to buy our own. Out of date old food was left in the cupboards. Overall it didn't affect our holiday, but expected more as I have stayed within these properties before on 3 occasions.

Great location , great complex , my only negative would be the living room sofa could be bigger , o & ann our host was so helpful & friendly . We will be back 100%

Great location couple of minutes walk to shopping centre, supermarket around the corner. Ideal for families with small kids. Very safe. We will definitely be returning.

spotlessly clean. perfect location-2 min walk to La zenia boulevard, supermarkets & restaurants. gorgeous pool & gardens. the apartment has everything you need for a vacation & beautiful terrace to spend the day & evenings on. fabulous service & prompt reply’s from Rashid, the owner & Ann who manages the apartment before arrival & during the stay. really friendly handover & explanation from Ann upon arrival. Ann also arranged transfers from the airport for us & Max was fabulous. He drove us to a petrol station supermarket to pick up some basis provisions enroute to the apartment-as all shops were closed on the Sunday we arrived. even though this was out of his way-nothing was to much trouble. so appreciated. amazing service from start to finish. we are already planning our return
