- Good location, literally 5 minutes walk to the lake, beautiful view from the balcony. - The apartment is in good condition after a recent renovation or construction. - Hospitable wife of the owner.

- The owner of the hotel did not receive us immediately and we waited at the gate for about 30 minutes until he was released. - The owner spent an hour filling out the necessary documents for checking in at OUR ROOM, although we and 3 small children really wanted to relax after a long journey (10 hours in the car) - With a room rate of about 200€/night, the owner demanded to pay extra for air conditioning, it's outrageous, but we paid (for children); - Mandatory was the condition of taking out the garbage, cleaning the dishes and the room before the checkout. - There was no shampoo, soap and dish detergent in the room, which we had to buy ourselves. - During the checkout, the owner also charged us 30€ for the use of the jacuzzi tub by the children... Terrible!!!
