The light in the bedroom wasn't working

Excellent location. Large appartement. Heating worked very well, a plus for hikers who arrive soaking wet.

The lighting in the kitchen. Too dark to work properly. No dish towels to dry the dishes. No breakfast whatsoever contrary to all the other places we stayed in. Coffee, but no milk.

We were walking the Via Francigena. Great location and comfortable apartment. Great coffee maker in the apartment.

The throw on the couch needed laundering. Would have loved a footrest for the couch.

Fully equipped kitchen, very convenient location (on VF pilgrimage route), quiet, clean, comfortable, with coffee and other fixings ready for self serve. Hosts got us set up and then left us to relax.

Even though all we needed was there, the dishes were in a couple cupboards in the living room - just needed to keep looking. There was sound of drips outside somewhere (bedroom otherwise was quiet) when we were going to sleep - just a distraction that stopped sometime later. The floors took a few hours to warm up (February stay).
