The road to the place, strict management when using the pool

Do not book before reading my review! A nightmare every single night. I arrived late in the evening, and the bed linen was dirty — it had fresh semen stains on it and was clearly not washed. Luckily, I had my own, so I had to change it myself. The toilet and shower were extremely dirty, everything was broken, and there was no hot water. Early in the morning, I woke up from a loud crashing noise. When I went to the window, I saw that there was construction of a huge building just 50 meters away. On the second night, I woke up at 3 a.m. because of a loud screeching noise. I turned on the light and saw a huge snake eating a rat right inside the apartment! I jumped onto the bed, started making noise, and opened the balcony — after some time, it slithered away. I couldn’t fall asleep after that and left shortly after. In next day I realised they stole $500 from my clothes and nothing to do.Probably when they fixed electricity. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking. I don’t understand how you allow such properties on your platform. It is completely different from the photos — everything is old, dirty, and broken. You should remove this property from your platform.
