All was great! Above all, Graziella was the best! She welcomed us with unexpected provisions and as it was Easter time with shops and most restaurants closed she really saved us and made our days! The apartment feels homely, it's well decorated and has comfortable sofas and the double bed in a separate, cosy bedroom. The apartment is spacious and the terrace is marvellous! Even though the nights and mornings weren't too warm yet at the beginning of April, we spent there a lot of enjoyable time there. The lift works well. There is a bus stop just outside the building if you want to get to the centre of Cagliari and you don't have a car. We rented a car and had no problems with finding a place to park it on the street. The Poetto beach is gorgeous. Apart from that we saw many other great beaches not far from Cagliari, too. We highly recommend this apartment, which feels very good and is a great starting poing for your voyages around the southern Sardinia. We'd love to go back there!

Beautiful view, big, cosy apartment, well equipped, hosts are nice 👍

The apartement was spacious with nice balcony. Also the bathroom was big and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with all stuff for cooking. The flat owner gave us good information about best eating places and events in the area.

But unfortunately there was very noisy in the evenings. Some of the neighbours were yelling in corridor and her dog was barking the first 3 nights. Although the owner kindly contacted the noisy neighbour, the situation didn't change much..We didn't know it was a 6 floor building (with elevator ofcourse), maybe its good to know.

The apartment was clean, easy automatic check-in and check-out, the terrace is super nice! Good communication with the owner.
