"Great location, clean but a little bit under-maintained"

The location was really great, right in the downtown area. The property was clean and comfortable.

No anti-mosquito screens are installed on the windows, and there is no AC so it gets real stuffy in the apartment, especially at night, because you need to shut the windows to keep the mosquitoes out. The building entrance is really old and smells bad.
