The only thing we liked was the location

Shower was useless, floods the whole apartment, overall very dirty on arrival with bread crumbs all over the tables, stains on awful plastic sofa .. what a mess ! Garage is a nightmare with any car larger than a Twingo

The apartment is in city center, great location. Very nicely organised. Kitchen is equipend great. Garage is a big plus if you have a car.

The bed in living room is super uncofort. Its in very bad shape, making strong noise on every movement, and its also not horizontal. When we reported this, they try to fix it, but the time of use is done for this bed. They proposed to us to buy an air bed. What we didnt wanted. On the end we was sleeping on the floor. After two days of no sleeping. Also the glass door the upper floor toilette we can not close after two days. When you are with friends an can not close the door and all the rooms are open to each other its not so confortable. This all of course ruined our time. When you pay this amount for apartment you expect the minimal confort even on the pull out bed and to can to use the toilet normally. Generaly the flat need a maitenance and bed replacement.

I liked the refurbishment of the apartment. The work on the beams and the white walls gave a cosy feeling and modern at the same time. The apartment had everything you would need, washing machine, dryer, iron coffee maker etc. The garage was definitely a plus. The balcony was small but nice to feel a connection with the outdoors. The area was quiet with just some revellers returning home at night time.

The item that didn't work for us was the shower in the main bedroom. This looks great within the glass enclosure, however the water did not drain away through the drain in the middle of the shower floor. As the enclosure isn't watertight the water can overflow onto the bedroom floor. Fortunately there is a shower in the garage two floors down which is what we used instead.

Well equipped, comfortable bed upstairs, plus for washing machine, dryer and dishwasher

The sofa bed was terrible. It was unstable and super loud with each move. We could not sleep at all. The door to toilet upstairs was broken and it was fixed at the end of our stay. Also the door from the shower was leaking and after every shower we had to mop the floor. It wasn’t fixed even though we mentioned it to the staff. The cleanness was also something that could be improved.

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Extremely clean and well kept in a good location to centre and beach.

The stairs were quite steep so maybe not best for guests with any mobility issues.

The rooms were not suitable if you are traveling with small kids. There were stairs and no provision to child proof the place. That can be improved.
