The location of this apartment can't be beat ..... shopping, restaurants, transport ..... you name it and it's right out there. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and is furnished with all modern amenities. Communication with the host is very feasible and easy. On the whole, very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

The water in the shower would turn cold after a few minutes of using it. But other than that, no other problems.

Everything we needed

The location is perfect. Is in the city center and you can walk or take a bus everywhere. The apartment is beautiful, perfect for families. It was great that they provided us with a baby chair, crib and a bath. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful.

Maybe some more things could be provided. Kitchen towels or more coffee capsules, etc. you pay quite a high price for the apartment, maybe adding some of these things would be nice

The location near the City Center and main shopping area was great.

Only one key was provided, which was difficult to manage between 4 adults.

The apartment was in a great location, so central in the old part of Palma, yet it was in a quiet area. It was lovely and clean, very comfy beds and modern shower rooms. We enjoyed a few nights in the apartment when the weather was wet. There is a food market and supermarket nearby. Great communication with the host too.

Carolina was very helpful and very quick to get in touch about arrangements. We could store our luggage so that made the early arrival and late departure so much better to handle. The apartment is very clean and modern, easily enough kitchen stuff for a quick breakfast or even if you want to cook. Two ensuite made sharing with our daughter pretty luxurious too. Being just off La Rambla means everywhere is easy to walk to. We hopped on the A1 bus to and from the airport and the stop on Placa D'Espanya is 5 minutes away. Also, it's very quiet in the evening and at night. Definitely we'd use again.

Just the code was wrong on the luggage locker but that was easily solved by a very helpful member of staff there

Hospitality at its best. The place is so lovely, beautifully decorated, perfectly located and a big plus - totally clean and well maintained. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
