Seit 25 Jahren reisen wir nach Puerto de la Cruz und das Appartement Albatros ist für uns die bisher beste Unterkunft gewesen. Wir wurden auf Wunsch am Flughafen abgeholt und sehr komfortabel zum Appartement chauffiert. Dort angekommen hat uns zunächst die Größe beeindruckt. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Ebenen mit zwei Balkonen. Man hat nahezu in alle Richtungen Aussicht. Das Panorama vom Hauptbalkon ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Das Doppelbett sowie die hochwertige Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer waren hochwertig und bequem. Ein absolutes Highlight für uns war die Küche. Die Kochinsel mit Barhockern und LED Beleuchtung haben die ohnehin hochwertige Ausstattung nochmal aufgewertet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren die Temperaturen recht hoch, dennoch hat sich das Appartement nie aufgeheizt, da man hervorragend querlüften konnte. Für die ganz heißen Tage stand der wirklich riesige Pool zur Verfügung. Den Pool hat man außer sonntags fast für sich alleine. Der Transfer zurück zum Flughafen war wieder äußerst komfortabel und entspannt. Wir wurden bis zum Check In begleitet. Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren die besten die man sich überhaupt vorstellen kann. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Urlaub.

Roy et Yami sont des hôtes réactifs, de très bon conseils et sympathiques. Merci pour l'accueil et les petites attentions à notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien situé proche d'un grand parking gratuit et du centre ville animée en soirée. Il est tout équipé. Je recommande

Il y a du bruit et de la lumière la nuit

Very hospitable owner. Good location, two balconies with wonderful view to the mountains and the ocean, clean apartment. Comfortable bed in the living-room. All needed home appliances.

No parking. You should be lucky to left the car near the house. Door to the toilet can't be locked. All apartment is a free-space, no doors, ok but only if there are two of you.

The flat is nice, with a great view on the hills. Everything was good.

Roy & Yami are such lovely warm welcoming people, nothing is too much trouble. Super clean apartment, everything you need, all basics like hand soap, washing up liquid, clothes wash liquid provided but also lots of lovely extra touches, even beach towels provided. Roy personally showed us around the apartment on arrival which was so nice as he pointed out where everything was and how everything works. Views from the apartment are amazing, great central location, the apartment also felt very safe and secure. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Nothing

Great welcoming by Roy who is taking care of everything and eager to explain how you can enjoy local activities and some restaurants. The appartment is in a very good place near the city heart, everything can be managed by foot.

A final touch should be a better mattress for the couch bed. The current one works for young children.

The accommodation was as the pictures shows and Roy was super-welcoming and helpful with everything. We also appreciated the strong hairdryer and all the other equipment that was at the apartment. The views from the 6th floor are also stunning.

The only little downside was the coach which was little bit tilted so for someone who is used to sleep on a straight bed it can be uncomfortable but for us it wasn’t any significant problem
